Teaching and Training
I worked for five years completing end-to-end implementation of HR Systems. In addition, managed the successful HRIS implementation from ADP to UKG at my current organization. I currently serve as the manager of our HRIS as we slowly roll out additional features of our new system.
I possess strong analytical acumen and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness by using the report writer in our HRIS, Excel, and Power BI to create dashboards used through the organization.
Although not listed on my resume, I am a former middle school and high school teacher. I love to use the teaching skills I picked up during those years and the training skills I learned in my implementation role to train others. That can consist of training my colleague on a new feature of the system or training employees on everyday usage of the system.
